After my NorCal/ San Francisco trip, I went down to the Frist in Nashville to see the Victoria & Albert Museum curated exhibition: The Golden Age of Couture. Gorgeous creations circa 1930-1957.... oh and a John Galliano for Dior Bird of Paradise dress and shoes from 1997.....
(unfortunately no photos were allowed inside the museum)
How it made me miss watching Funny Face over and over.......
Also at Nashville's U.A.L.:
found a pair of pale pink Sonia Rykiel balloon shorts and a pair of wool and silk lined trousers from Celine.
